Lumen Capital is a real estate investment firm, specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and rebranding of multifamily assets. The firm acquires mismanaged, under-performing, and/or undervalued off-market assets, then re-positions these properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations, and complete rebranding. Our goal is to create a truly passive income stream for our investor's long-term wealth.
The Lumen Capital is managed by highly effective real estate professionals with strong analytical, operational, and organizational abilities. We have a proven track record and broad hands-on experience providing asset management to multi-family properties in the greater Houston area. We have handled all aspects of due diligence involved in the acquisition of multi-family properties and have comprehensive experience in managing and operating multi-family properties, including leasing, marketing, human resources, profit and loss, vendor management, and rehabilitation.
The process is simple; we identify a property that aligns with our desired metrics, we put the property under contract, and get started with an extensive due diligence program to overturn every stone and verify firsthand all financials. If we're satisfied we go out to our investor base and invite them to join in the investment. We close on the property, begin renovations and get our teams and systems implemented. From the moment we close the investors own a proportionate share of the LLC that each investment is protected under. This is a tangible asset, free from the volatility of the market, that is ripe with tax benefits.
